New York, NY February 13, 2025 – Beatrice Advisors (“Beatrice”) an independent, woman- and minority-owned multi-family office, today announced the appointment of Lauren Rich Fine, CFA as Partner, Investments and Business Development. This strategic addition reinforces Beatrice’s dedication to providing customized financial solutions and expanding its suite of high-quality services.

In her role, Lauren will co-lead business development alongside Peter Lupoff, focusing on client acquisition and engagement. She will also contribute to investment strategy as a member of the Investment Committee and oversee operational enhancements to support Beatrice’s growth.
Lauren brings a wealth of experience to her role at Beatrice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior client advisor and led business development and strategic planning at Gries Financial Partners. Before that, she spent nearly two decades at Merrill Lynch as a Managing Director in equity research. Lauren also has experience in executive search consulting with Howard & O’Brien, specializing in C-Suite and board placements.

Lauren holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She is actively involved in civic engagement and serves on the boards of several organizations, including the Cleveland Museum of Art, College Now Greater Cleveland, and University Hospitals’ Eastern Region Board. Additionally, she is a board member of Private Trust Company, a subsidiary of LPL Financial.
Based in both New York City and Cleveland, Lauren will play a key role in expanding Beatrice’s reach and deepening its relationships with clients across the country.
